The staff here are awesome. Very helpful and take the extra time to make your shopping experience a positive one. We recently had both our pups have their teeth cleaned by Raylynn. She was kind, gentle, and treated our pups like her own.

Love the fact that I can bring my cats in to get nails trimmed, quick and easy, not to mention saves money compared to taking them into the vet. Great staff and Always friendly service. Thanks, Gary&Mitz.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Sarah at Pet Valu. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and a big smile. It’s clear that she’s not only passionate about pets but also deeply cares about the people who love them. Sarah went above and beyond to help me find the right food and toys for my dog. She took the time to listen, offer thoughtful suggestions, and even shared a few helpful tips based on her own experience. Her knowledge is impressive, and her kindness is truly unmatched. Shopping at Pet Valu is always a good experience, but Sarah made this visit outstanding. We came for the self serve bath! Very clean. Recommend CALL the store to book ahead, but we got a walk-in. Human was very pleased with the provided towels, soap, conditioner, mist, and easy to use hose. Blow dryer blows room temp/colder, which we were warned about, Dog didn't like, but all baths are evil anyway 😉. Humans back didn't hurt like tub at home which was AWESOME FOR THE PRICE Clean store, well laid out, friendly helpful staff, even on a Saturday.

Ollie and I love Trenton Pet Valu he is always so excited to go in, sniff around and pick out a new treat. The staff here are always lovely and helpful. The products are always good quality. We definitely recommend Trenton Pet Valu

Would 100% recommend this store to anyone. I brought my reactive rescue in for his first bath. He was very scared of the water so I had to dampen a towel and clean him that way, instead of using the hose in the tub. Emily and co-workers were so understanding of my rescues boundaries and didn’t end up charging me for the bath when I insisted on it. They even gave me a little welcome package that they give new rescues. I was so impressed with our time in the store and will continue to come back❤️
